Embody the Elements: Self Creation + World Building
Is there something you've been carrying, a shape you haven't quite named? Bring it with you. Fire awakens and destroys. Earth gathers and hoards. Air lifts and detaches. Water feels and drowns. Every element carries its gift and its cost. So do you. All four live inside you, some louder than others, quietly shaping how you move through the world. Welcome to the chaosmos, chaos and cosmos, both at once. A playground for connecting instinct, imagination, and identity. Wild and structured aren't opposites here. They're both what you're made of. In this four-hour immersive sensory experience, you'll create a creature born from your own birth chart, giving your element shape, carried through story, art, and movement, into a world you'll build with others who carry the same element. No experience necessary, judgment-free, collaborative, tactile, and playful enough to remember what your body knew before you had words for it. "I knew my astrology sign, but never truly embodied or understood it until I was at the table with other signs in the same element. Through world building, I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my kin." Huntly What to Expect Arrive & Settle: a guided visualization with breath and sound to bring you fully into the room Give Shape: sketch a creature entirely your own, drawn from your birth chart, and from whatever you walked in holding Deepen Its Story: prompts to guide you through your creature's identity. Who is it, really? Build Its Form: sculpt your creature in clay, yours to keep from day one Embody Its Rhythm: feel the creature through guided movement as it holds itself in fire, earth, air, and water Build a World: join others who carry your element and co-create a world together Share Your World: each table brings their world to life for the others, through gesture and object Bridge the Worlds: send an emissary to another table. Can four different worlds share one room? Integrate: in small circles, name what you're still carrying, and what you're ready to leave at the table. Then, together, close it as one room. Chao Dou is an experience architect, embodiment activator and artist. Raised between China, the United States, and Singapore, she grew up watching her grandfather turn their living room into a space for the community, offering free treatments to anyone around them. Healing began with listening to the body. With over a decade of architecture, interior design, and workplace strategy across those same three countries, she brings a rare understanding of how environment, culture and body shape each other. Her practice chaosmos creates playgrounds for rediscovering your body, creativity, and sense of aliveness - through multisensory experiences that blend movement, intuition, art, and collective play. Guided by the belief that 'knowledge is only a rumor until it lives in the body', she designs spaces where the thinking mind and the sensing body meet. ๐ LINKEDIN | ๐ INSTAGRAM SPONSORS Wish Club invites you to join a community where wishes take shape, stories unfold, and play is part of the plan.
