UW Communication Leadership is hosting an interactive startup panel as part of our two-week AI Summer Academy. Join our program's students to hear from founders building AI products for content and storytelling — the opportunities the technology opens up, and the real challenges of bringing those products to market. Moderated by Jay Howard, Artist in Residence and faculty with UW Communication Leadership. Speakers include: Doña K., Co-Founder, ConvexusConvexus is a Seattle-area platform that uses AI to help groups move from discussion to decision, replacing scattered meetings with a structured, documented path to consensus. Doña brings years of experience as a strategic advisor in governance and technology policy. Caleb John, Pioneer Square LabsCaleb John is a 2x founder, and now is both an investor and engineer at Pioneer Square Labs. James Fong, Founder & CEO, Phoenix Labs AIJames founded Phoenix Labs AI, the team behind Firebird, an interactive podcast platform that lets listeners have real-time AI-driven conversations with audio content.
