Con sus 3.143m de altura es la  cumbre  más alta  de todos los  Pirineos catalanes, es nuestro Everest. Ubicada en la comarca del Pallars  Sobirà, esta montaña es el  deseo de muchos montañeros. La ruta transcurre por terreno de alta montaña, con paisajes propios de altitudes de más de 2000 metros donde el estadio vegetativo alpino nos ofrece unos paisajes casi lunares. Además, disfrutaremos de uno de los mejores placeres en esta vida… ¡dormir en un hotel de más de 1000 estrellas! Acamparemos al lado de un lago de origen glaciar, a 2500 metros de altura, con lo que la aventura será completa. 🗓️ El programa Día 1: Salida de Barcelona en dirección al Pallars  Sobirà. Una vez llegados al parquin de la  Molinassa, empezaremos la ascensión hacia “els Plans Sotllo” y seguiremos en dirección a los lagos glaciares de Sotllo y Estats. Allí es dónde buscaremos nuestra zona en este lujoso hotel de más de 1000 estrellas y pasaremos la noche. Nos reservaremos fuerzas para nuestra gran ascensión el día siguiente por lo que, manteniendo un horario de montaña, iremos a cenar temprano y a descansar. Día 2:  Siguiendo el horario montañero,  nos prepararemos y desayunaremos aprox a las 6:00h para empezar  la ascensión a las  6:30h  puntuales.  Continuaremos nuestra ascensión en busca de otra evidencia glaciar como es la poderosa tartera de esta montaña. Una vez llegados al puerto de “Sotllo” iremos a buscar el collado de “la Cometa” el cual nos indicará prácticamente en línea recta el camino hasta la  Pica  d’Estats. Tras un duro esfuerzo obtendremos nuestra recompensa… ¡¡CUMBRE!! Nos encontraremos en el techo de los Pirineos Catalanes por lo que nos vamos a permitir un merecido descanso disfrutando de las espectaculares vistas. La orografía de estas montañas no permite  muchas opciones, por lo que regresaremos por el mismo camino de subida hasta llegar a los coches.  Para acabar, regresaremos a Barcelona. 🚦Dificultad: Alta (se requiere experiencia en caminatas de 7h-8h diarias). We will continue our ascent in search of other glacial evidence such as the powerful “tartera” of this mountain (an area where loose rocks have fallen). Once we arrive at the “port de Sotllo" we will head to the "coll de la Cometa" which will indicate practically in a straight line the way up to Pica d'Estats. After a hard effort we will get our reward ... THE SUMMIT !! We will be on the roof of the Catalan Pyrenees where we’re going to allow ourselves a well-deserved rest enjoying the spectacular views.
