
Alki Beach Stair Walk - Day Walker 6
🖊 Description: Alki is a pretty walk. There are some pretty challenging stairs so be ready for a good workout and bring water and snacks ;-) This walk also goes through the very beautiful Schmitz Park. This is the clockwise version of the walk. We also NOT be walking on the beach due to the tides. The short cut will remove a very minor part of the walk. ( you will still be very tired even without the beach LOL) Look for Red Bronco on the street at Alki. We can meet at my car. ⤵️ Route: Distance: 5.9 Miles Long Stairs: 717 Steps Up 416 Steps Down Difficulty: Medium-Hard 📍Points of Interest: Schmitz Preserve Park Comorant Cove Constellation Park Alki Point Lighthouse Statue of Liberty - Seattle) Alki Beach Park 💵 Fees: $5 for non-yearly members Free for yearly members. 📆 Attendance Policy: Plans change, but if yours do, please update your RSVP. The Organizers take note of no-showing, habitual 'Placeholding' or frequent late cancels, which can lead to your membership in this group being revoked. CRASHING (showing up without RSVPing - even if you see other people have canceled) is taken seriously.
