☀️ 4v4 TOURNAMENT-BEACH VOLLEYBALL 🏐 (SATURDAY)

Hey everyone!! Join us for our 4s Beach Volleyball 🏐 Tournament on SATURDAY Aug 15, 2026! Saturday (NOT Sunday) 🤗 this will be our only tournament of the year so let’s make it a good one!! Meetup Spanish Banks 4's Beach Volleyball Tournament! ⏰ Schedule: 7:15 - Arrive/sign in, help set up as needed. 8:00 - Start of tournament, seeding games. 11:30 - Approx 30 min break for hot lunch (provided) 2pm - Semi-Finals approx start time 3pm - Finals approx start time 4pm - Finish approx time. Prizes/Trophies given out There will only be small breaks intermittently throughout the day, depending on how fast teams finish. We will break also for a lunch after the seeding rounds. Parking may be very busy so please plan accordingly to be on time! Remember it’s paid parking now. Late comers may be subject to a game penalty. There will be our famous pulled jackfruit sandwiches! Also there will be LOTS of snacks and appys put out after the seeding rounds and while the semis and finals are on so people can eat and watch the matches. Snacks like juicy fresh fruit 🍉 🍍 🍓🍇🍌, brownies, cookies, chips, cold water + more 🥇 🥈🥉 There will be awesome prizes and medals for 1st , 2nd , and 3rd place! a few mini games will be played with prizes throughout as well for everyone. Cost: $120 per team paid by team captain via etransfer $34 each for individuals paid by etransfer Payment is required to hold your, or your team’s, spot. No cancellations unless we have another player or team replacement. 12 teams minimum needed by August 8. If we need to cancel (we never have had to before) your payment will be fully refunded. Sign up details: (2 options) 👉 Option 1) Pre-formed team: Have the team captain RSVP for the event on meetup for themselves + 3 guests. Please DM us your teammates names. If you are having trouble finding exactly 4 players, signing up with less players is allowed. More players (Subs) are extra $10 each 👉 Option 2) Sign-up as an individual: RSVP for the event on meetup & DM us your level We will aim to have 4 players minimum to 5 players max on each team of individual sign-ups. Important Note: 1 girl minimum requirement for this tournament. If your team is struggling to find a girl let us know and we can try to help you find one If you don’t have a girl there will be a point disadvantage each game (5 point penalty for a game to 21 and 3 point penalty for games to 15) OR you can play with 3 guys only, without any point penalty. Things to bring: a tent/umbrella, beach blanket or towel, LOTS of water and electrolytes like coconut water, fresh juice etc and sand socks or old socks for the hot sand. Everyone please set up your personal belongings near our main tent, as we need everyone to be close-by to call over when it’s your time to play! Plan for minimal breaks as we have a tight time schedule. See ya at the beach! 🏖 Karie and Taylor Waiver: We are a not-for profit-organization. We expect everyone to be careful on and around the volleyball courts and watch out for fellow players. We are watching the courts for safety as much as possible. We also organize courts by similar level so that the courts are as safe as possible. Having said that, the Organizers, The City of Vancouver, The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, and any/all assistant organizers and other attendees are in no way responsible and liable for your personal safety and health state, before, during and at anytime after this event.
