Lewes Circular

A truly wonderful 9 to 10 mile Sussex walk firstly by the beautiful River Ouze then delightful picturesque Barcombe Mill, some lovely woodland culminating in walking by the idyllic golf course ! We shall buy group return train tickets at 9.50am for the train at 10.24am that arrives at Lewes station at 11.26am. Train ticket : Return to Lewes Or you may decide to drive. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc, waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers. You should have adequate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour. We shall take the train back to London from Lewes at 5.25pm. We shall have a drink around lunchtime and also at the end of the walk. Meetup fee £5 payable in cash or by bank transfer in advance.
