The Restaurant - The name says it all. Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli is a real Italian restaurant with a menu full of authentic dishes made from the freshest ingredients. Food is made from scratch daily in the kitchen led by Milan-raised Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, who embodies the spirit of northern Italian cooking with dishes inspired by his heritage and recipes passed down through generations. The menu features a variety of authentic Italian starters and Insalate, including prosciutto e mozzarella, Guazzeto, and antipasto salad, as well as pizza and calzones, a large selection of house-made pasta, seasonal dishes, and specialties. There is usually entertainment and dancing.
