Wutzrock Walk (7 km / fun)
Moin, dear hiker! What should actually speak against a tumultuous party after a short & relaxed Saturday afternoon walk? I plan to do so next week when at Eichbaumsee in Bergedorf the Wutzrock festival is taking place. After studying this years timetable I plan to go there on Saturday and attend the shows of Loma Reqs (kurdish electronic dance music - youtube - youtube), Jule (german indie rock - youtube) and I-Fire (german dancehall reggae - youtube - youtube). But maybe you'll find your own favorites in the lineup. If you want to accompany me, we will meet at 4:00 p.m. at the station S-Billwerder-Moorfleet for a 7 km walk to Eichbaumsee. By using some secret paths (which may be overgrown) we will go there without any road walking. After the festival you can either walk 2 kilometers to the S-Mittlerer Landweg station or take the shuttle bus that goes there every 10 minutes (starting from this point). If you already have other plans on Saturday, I highly recommend checking out the Wutzrock program for Friday and Sunday and visiting the festival on your own. It's a great event every year with good music, nice people and a friendly atmosphere. Wutzrock is an open air festival, which is financed only by selling drinks and without an entrance fee and which is taking place since 47 years. The organizers describe it as solidary, non-commercial, against sexism and anti-fascist. . 🌷🍁🥀🌻🍄🍀🌼🌹🍃🌸🌾🍂🌷🍁🥀🌻🍄🍀🌼🌹🍃🌸🌾🍂🌷🍁🥀🌻🍄🍀🌼 Ever thought about organizing your own hikes or other outdoor events? The many nice people in this group would be very happy about more events going on! Read the group description for some loose guidelines. Talk to me about this or message me anytime.
