CrowdLands: Unlocking Housing Affordability in Plain Sight
The problem is simple. The solution starts with openness. Housing affordability requires building more homes. Significantly more. Densely located where people actually want to live and work. When done right, everyone benefits: first-time buyers get access, developers move more units, and landowners see their values rise. But there's a bottleneck. Before a single brick is laid, land must be assembled into viable plots. Right now, this process happens behind closed doors - favouring land bankers and large developers at everyone else's expense.
