5km Meguro River Night Run

Come join us on a 5km route around a section of the Meguro River, starting and ending at the Meguro River Park, near Nakameguro Station. The event photo is the meet-up spot. We will be starting the run together, then feel free to run at your own pace. The run will end at Meguro Park where we can all catch our breath and chat with other members. And that’s it, pretty simple :) If you have bags, there are coin lockers at Nakameguro station to store them. It may also be a good idea to bring reflective gear as this is a night run. We love capturing our runs and sharing them on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/nakameguro.running.club/). If you'd prefer not to appear in any photos or social media posts, just let us know on the day and we'll make sure to respect that. Please note that participation is at your own risk. Nakameguro Running Club is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. Yukki & Callum ----------------------------------------------------------- こんにちは、中目黒ランニングクラブのゆっきーとカラムです！最近ロンドンから東京に引っ越して新たなランニング友達を探しています(^^) スタート地点は「フナイリバ(目黒川船入場)」という中目黒駅から徒歩5分の広場に集合します。目黒川沿いの5kmのルートを走り、目黒船入場でまたゴールします。皆さんそれぞれマイペースで走っていただくので、初心者からマラソン完走者まで、大歓迎です！ 荷物をお持ちの場合は中目黒駅にコインロッカーがあります。またナイトランですのでライトや反射ギアがあると便利です。 ランの様子を写真に撮り、Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/nakameguro.running.club/) でシェアすることがあります。写真や投稿に映りたくない場合は、当日私たちに気楽にお申しください。 参加は自己責任となります。中目黒ランニングクラブは、イベント中に生じた怪我や事故について責任を負いかねます。ご自身のペースで無理なく走るようお願いします。特に暑い時期は熱中症にご注意ください。 それでは、皆さんとお会いするのを楽しみにしてます！ ゆっきー&カラム
