Sugar Loaves Figure of 8 Loop

Likely weekend before schools re-open, might be a good or bad thing for folk, but want to get something in the diary! Starting in Kilmacanogue, this is a figure of 8 loop around and up to the summits of both the Great and Little Sugar Loaf mountains. It is not the conventional route up to the Great Sugar Loaf from the main car park, but a circular route that skirts the lower contours of the mountain before ascending to the top. Likely start at GAA club, where there is parking but Kilmacanogue is easily accessible by bus - both Wexford Bus and 45A stop there. Great Sugarloaf is just over 500m and Little Sugarloaf just over 300m. Will firm up on exact route and details nearer the time. Distance around 14/15km taking us about just over 4 hours I imagine. Option for folk to continue onto Belmont Demesne if they like - farm, cafe and brewery!
