Join us for Product Thinking UX Walk 2 as we explore KL Sentral, one of Malaysia's busiest transportation hubs, through the lens of User Experience (UX) and Product Thinking. Together, we'll observe how people move through the space, identify pain points, discuss what works well, and share ideas to improve the experience.
