🤝 World Humanitarian Day: Books, Learning Materials & Tech Donation

What Is It About? World Humanitarian Day reminds us that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. This year, we’re coming together to share what we have and support foundations that are helping communities with limited access to educational resources through donations of books, learning materials, and electronic devices. What To Expect You’re welcome to drop by anytime during the event and donate new or used items in good condition, such as: 📚 Books & Learning Materials → Books for children and adults → Notebooks and paper → Pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, and other supplies → Other school and learning materials 💻 Technology We’re supporting a new project launched by a local foundation that uses donated technology to provide skills training and employment opportunities. Their professional tech team will securely wipe personal data and responsibly reuse, refurbish, or recover parts from donated devices. If you have old technology you no longer use and aren’t sure how or where to safely dispose of it, you can give it a second life here. They accept: → Laptops and computers → Tablets and phones → Functional and broken devices Who Is It For? Everyone. On the same day, we’re also organizing a handcraft workshop where you can create bookmarks with encouraging messages.
