BBQ Location The beer mile is pretty simple. Drink 4 beers and run 4 laps around the track in alternating fashion as quickly as you can. But just to be sure everyone is on the same playing field, here is the official set of beer mile rules to follow: https://www.beermile.com/about/rules/1 Deviations from the official rules: The running loop may not be a standard 400m Track You will have the option to drink alcohol free beer.
