This is a casual, phone/screen-free space for you to unplug, connect and have fun. How it works: We will ask everyone to tuck their phones/screens away during the event! Part 1. Connect with Yourself: A peaceful hour dedicated entirely to you. Part 2. Connect with Others : Time to chat, hang out, and make new friends! What to bring: Your screen-free activity of choice for Part 1. Bring whatever helps you unwind, such as: a journal and pen, a book you've been meaning to read, sketching or drawing pads, knitting or craft projects.
