Sourdough Intro & Tasting - Picnic Edition 09.08

Join me for a special summer edition of my "Sourdough Intro & Tasting" class in the beautiful Treptower Park! We'll gather on picnic blankets, enjoy a delicious sourdough tasting, and spend a relaxing afternoon learning the basics of sourdough. This beginner-friendly event is perfect if you've always wanted to try baking with sourdough but didn't know where to start. You'll learn what a sourdough starter is, how to care for it, and how to bake your own delicious bread at home. Everyone will receive a jar containing a freshly fed, active sourdough starter, along with my step-by-step care guide and a beginner-friendly bread recipe. Note: A public toilet is available nearby, and I'll provide disinfectant wipes for everyone to clean their hands. Les Amis is a women-only community of friendly souls.
