Dublin Independent Movie Lovers: The Odyssey & Ex Machina

Hi, all Independent Movie Lovers. You are invited meet at 7 pm, on Friday the 7th of August, at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square, Dublin. We will discuss the film: The Odyssey, (2026), directed by by Christopher Nolan. This movie has attracted much comment before it was even released, but has received generally good reviews. We will also discuss: Ex Machina, (2014), directed and written by English director Alex Garland. Ex Machina is a still topical story about our relationship with AI and robots. We will watch the movies independently, and meet for discussion on Friday the 7th of August, at 7 pm, at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square. The Odyssey is on wide release at most Dublin Cinemas. Ex Machina is available for online rental on YouTube, Sky Store and Apple TV. DVD copies may be available at Dublin public libraries.
