We walk into the meeting room talking about how great we are, drop the usual jargon, and expect them to make the effort to understand us. The result: the room tunes out by minute five and decisions are postponed. In this Entente session, we are going to change the rules of the game. Forget about typical "public speaking" courses. This is an executive narrative laboratory where we will apply the Nancy Duarte method. You will learn that you are not the hero of the meeting, you are the mentor. And you will leave here with the framework of your next presentation already built. What exactly will we do in these 90 minutes? The Big Idea: We will stop presenting "tables of contents" to build a single central thesis that addresses real pain points and demands a decision. The Sparkline: We will learn to generate tension and keep the room's attention by alternating between the current problem and the future scenario, without sounding like a corporate brochure. The Close and the Acid Test: We will design a memorable anchor and a next step (Call to Action) so clear and proportional that it will be very hard for them to say no. We will do all of this through fast-paced dynamics, working in pairs, cutting out the fluff, and testing your message in real time. When we finish, the hard work will make way for the terrace, where we will continue networking with good wine and some tapas, putting our new presentations to the test in a premium and relaxed setting.
