Herbal Walk - Healing herbs on your doorstep

On our herbal walk, we stroll through Munich’s nature and explore a whole range of aromatic, nutritious and healing plants. Ground ivy, red clover and chickweed are more than just weeds or wild plants. Many herbs on our doorstep have the potential to support our health tremendously. On our herbal walk, we stroll through Munich’s diverse green space and explore a whole range of aromatic, nutritious and healing plants. We will discover hidden herbal treasures, have a close look, smell, feel and carefully taste them. We are looking forward to welcoming you! WHEN Saturday, August 9, 2026, 1 – 2:30 pm (90 minutes) VENUE / MEETING POINT The walk will take place in the beautiful forest Waldperlach. We will meet at the bus stop Im Gefilde (Bus 55/198). PARTICIPATION Fee: 19 EUR Language: English and German The herbal walk will be led by Bardia v. Beust, naturopath, specialized in pain therapy and herbal medicine.
