Macello Cucina di Puglia is a rustic Italian restaurant in Chicago's West Loop, known for its Pugliese cuisine, especially dishes from a wood-burning oven like pizzas with burrata, fresh pastas, and steaks. It offers a warm atmosphere with exposed brick and serves lunch and dinner, with happy hour specials and wine deals on certain days. Reservations are accepted, and it's a popular spot for both casual and special occasion dining. The restaurant allows for the bill to be split individually with cash or credit cards.
