Welcome to Tokyo Fun Events. Signing up early helps get the event noticed and attracts more people. However, please refrain from no-showing or late cancellation (within 3 hours before the event commences). Please note that we don't organise oversized events. The maximum capacity, depending on the event/location, will be 15-20 participants. If you are expecting larger groups, please look elsewhere on Meetup. We have a large selection of games, however please bring your own games if you prefer. If you are bringing a game, I will definitely ensure YOUR GAME WILL BE PLAYED. When joining an event for the first time, please contact Mark using the LINE application. Why is the event fee not ¥500? - We now need to cover the costs to rent rooms. You save money by not paying ¥500+ for a cafe drink. You can bring your own from a vending machine or convenience store. but please make sure you take all of your garbage home with you. There will be a language exchange event prior to the games event. You can join both events for a total fee of ¥1500. (Discount ¥250).
