"Call Out" - 2nd time in 2026 Killarney Lake Krawl, Bowen Island
Come one, come all to the "Killarney Krawl". 2nd crack at it in 2026, an old favorite from prior years has returned like an old friend. No pets please. Meet at Horseshoe Bay West Vancouver, BC Ferry terminal at 9.50 am for the 10.35 am sailing. Reduced fare if you purchase or have a BC ferries experience card. 3.15 pm ferry back to Horseshoe Bay. (other options 4.40pm or 6pm) Distance around the lake is 9km, approx time 2 hrs. Note: Not a flat walk: Approx elevation gain 200M https://www.vancouvertrails.com/trails/killarney-lake/ Optional lunch in Bowen Island at Bowen Isle Pub. Park at Gleneagles Community Centre for free 10 min walk to ferry. Things to bring: Hiking boots Water Snack for trail Money for ferry from Horseshoe Bay (it's a return fare paid at H Bay)
