
Andalusia unplugged: Ladied's Road Trip
This is a Ladies-only cultural tour of Andalusia. We will rent a car, and the itinerary will be at a relaxed pace with plenty of opportunities to stop at scenic spots along the way. The price includes car rental and accommodation. Please note that entry tickets to the Alhambra Palace are not included. A tour guide can also be arranged separately if the group would like one. Evening: Walk through the Santa Cruz neighborhood, enjoying the Moorish influences in the architecture. Day 2: Seville Morning: Explore the Royal Alcázar, with its stunning Mudéjar architecture. Afternoon: Visit the Casa de Pilatos, a blend of Gothic and Mudéjar styles. Evening: Attend a flamenco show with historical context related to its Islamic roots. Day 3: Seville to Córdoba Morning: Travel to Córdoba (about a 1-2 hour drive depending on traffic). Afternoon: Visit the Mezquita-Catedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing stunning Islamic art and architecture. Evening: Stroll through the Jewish Quarter, exploring the Sinagoga and its Moorish influences. Day 4: Córdoba Morning: Explore the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, known for its Islamic gardens and history. Afternoon: Visit the Palacio de Viana, focusing on its Islamic heritage and beautiful patios. Evening: Dinner in the Judería district, enjoying traditional Moorish-inspired dishes. Day 5: Córdoba to Granada Morning: Travel to Granada (about a 2-hour drive). Afternoon: Visit the Alhambra, particularly the Nasrid Palaces and the Palace of Charles V. Evening: Explore the Albaicín neighborhood, with its narrow streets and Islamic architecture. Day 6: Granada Morning: Visit the Generalife Gardens, designed as a summer palace for the Nasrid rulers. Afternoon: Explore the Bañuelo, an ancient Arab bathhouse. Evening: Enjoy a traditional tapas dinner in a local restaurant, reflecting on the Islamic culinary influences. Day 7: Departure Morning: Last-minute visits to any remaining sites, such as the Cathedral of Granada and the Royal Chapel. Afternoon: Depart from Granada or return to Seville for your flight.
