French husband & wife team Erik and Florence Chol — who revived Downtown L.A.’s 117-year-old Globe Theatre and opened LouLou in Santa Monica in 2022 — are behind another spirited Los Angeles venture. The duo have transformed the former Tatel space on Canon Drive into a lively restaurant infused with the flavor of the French Riviera amid live entertainment. Diners can enjoy a French-Mediterranean award-winning menu designed by executive chef Stanley Suchy and French chef Éric Cuenin rooted in wood-fire cooking, coastal seafood and seasonal produce.
