Awakening the God-Knowledge Within, an ECK Light & Sound Service

Join us for an in-person ECK Light and Sound Service at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at noon. This month’s theme is “Awakening the God-Knowledge Within.” An ECK Light and Sound Service celebrates God’s love for Soul. During the service, you’ll have the opportunity to experience HU, a spiritual exercise and ancient mantra that brings peace, insights, and love, helping you discover the God-knowledge within yourself. The event features a guest speaker, uplifting music, and, occasionally, small-group discussions. Each service lasts about an hour and is designed to facilitate your personal connection with the creative spiritual life force, the Light and Sound of God.
