This FREE immersive 2 hour experience is designed to regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you with your inner clarity. The session weaves together gentle yoga, guided breathwork, reflective journaling / art therapy and a restorative sound bath to support mind, body, spirit healing. Guided Breathwork Tea Ceremony Soundbath Reflection Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle and any other essentials that support your wellness. Plenty of street parking on Marengo and there is paid a parking lot on Del Mar for a flat rate of $5.00. If using parking lot take elevator to floor 1 go inside suite 160. The Nest is on the 3rd floor. Staircase is on the left inside the suite.
