Austin Romance Writers Club First Meeting

Looking for a small, low-pressure group of local romance & erotica writers to hang out with? Look no further! Hey literary friends! I’m starting a small writers group here in Austin / Round Rock for people who write (or want to write) romance, erotica, and smut in all their forms. Whether you write contemporary, historical, romantasy, dark romance, paranormal, romantic suspense, sci-fi romance, queer romance, spicy romance, pure erotica, or anything in between, you’re welcome here. Feel free to join no matter where you're at in your journey and what form your stories take (novels, novellas, short stories, poetry, fanfic). My main goal is simple: make some local friends who get this weird, wonderful obsession of ours. I want a chill space where we can talk about craft books we’re reading, share what’s working (or not working) in our stories, geek out over tropes and heat levels, and optionally share pages or get feedback if we feel like it. No pressure, no mandatory word counts, no critique unless someone asks for it. I’m keeping the group intentionally small (under 10 people) so it stays personal and easygoing. Think conversation, and community more than formal workshop. If that sounds like your kind of vibe, I’d love to meet you. Come say hi!
