Join us for a unique countryside experience in Uenohara, Yamanashi, a charming town just one hour from Tokyo, where nature, history, and local life come together. The highlight of the day is an exclusive coffee roasting workshop at Misoca Coffee, a shared roastery inside a beautifully restored 300-year-old traditional Japanese farmhouse. Using the professional Aillio Bullet R1 V2 roaster, you'll roast your own specialty coffee, enjoy a guided tasting, and take your freshly roasted beans home. We'll also explore the town on foot, enjoy local cuisine, discover hidden spots, and experience a slower side of Japan that most visitors never see. This is more than a coffee workshop—it's a chance to experience authentic rural Japan with fellow coffee lovers, travelers, and locals. ✨ Solo participants are always welcome!
