This is a 31 mile ride on Lopez Island that starts at the ferry and ends at the Islander Resort. Most will be catching the Local San Juan Island Ferry from Anacortes at 9:35 which gets you to Lopez at 10:20. We will meet at the intersection of Odlin park Rd and Ferry Rd and begin the ride at 10:40. Keep in touch if you aren't going to make it. The route is 30.5 miles and 1800 feet of elevation and you will ride another 3.8 miles back to the ferry. The lunch stop is the former South End Market, which is now the Islandale/south end cafe After the ride Saturday we can have some refreshments on board our boat, Summer Hours, which will be at the Islander Resort and Marina in slip 304.
