Dear Community, In the summer of 2011, an incredible 15 years ago, we set up the speakers under the open sky for the first time on the now-fenced football pitch of the old Neuhöfer school, celebrating our very first open-air party with you, "tanzen & pflanzen". What happened in the following years on the old shipyard site directly opposite is hard to put into words looking back. We rightly refer to that era today as "the fairytale of Neuhöfer Damm" – because it truly felt like a fairytale, and could never be replicated in the same way today. Now, 15 years later, times and the world have changed. After losing our livelihood at Neuhöfer Damm during Corona, we were at least able to keep our venue in the Harburger Stadtpark. As the old saying goes – you never lose everything, even if it sometimes feels that way. This is also thanks to a truly wonderful collaboration with the responsible Harburg authorities, who appreciate the value of our culture. However, changing times and increasingly strict regulations constantly present us with major challenges. Whether there will be another Tekkno am Teich next year is therefore always a crucial question for us. But of course, we couldn't let the chance to celebrate 15 years of Tekkno Ist Grün pass us by just before reaching such a special milestone. In the end, it always comes down to the financial risk, which has become enormously high. To manage this financial risk, we have submitted an application for cultural funding for 2026. The prospects look good, as we meet all the requirements. But we won't know for sure until the beginning of the year. Nevertheless, we are starting our planning for 2026 with confidence and cannot afford to wait for the slow-grinding wheels of bureaucracy; we have to strike while the iron is hot. ►LOCATION◄ Freilichtbühne am Außenmühlenteich I Stadtpark Harburg Access via Marmstorfer Weg I 21077 Hamburg ►REDUCED VOLUME UNTIL 5:00 PM◄ Due to official regulations, we are only allowed to turn the volume up to full capacity at 5:00 PM. Until then, the volume will be slightly reduced, but still well within a danceable range. Because of this, we will be diving straight into the music from the very start, skipping the downtempo/ambient opening we used to do. ►KEEP THE PARK CLEAN◄ We must urgently point out that the surrounding green areas and bushes are, of course, not to be used for littering or as a toilet! Please respect the park and dispose of your waste in the trash bags we hang around the event area, or better yet, take it home with you.
