Only the BUYER will receive the QR code for the tickets purchased during the checkout process once they are activated (24 hours before on the RA App), even in cases where multiple tickets are purchased and/or other attendees' details are included, or if the tickets are assigned to other attendees. . To access the event, you must bring your ID, Passport, or an official, valid, and original document that proves your identity and legal age. . To ensure the safety of all attendees, security staff may conduct searches of all individuals and personal belongings entering the venue, fully complying with applicable safety regulations. . Upon arrival at the venue, you must exchange your ticket for a wristband that will allow you to enter and remain at the event. You must keep your wristband properly secured throughout the entire event. . Outside food and/or drinks are allowed into the venue (plastic water bottles of maximum 0.5 liters without caps), provided the packaging is not glass. Inside the venue, you will find free drinking water points and a food selection that includes omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. . As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, a reusable cup policy has been implemented. When you order your first drink, you must pay a deposit of ONE (1) EURO to get your reusable cup, which will be refunded when you return your cup along with the token provided at the time of purchase. . For security reasons, re-entry is not permitted during the event. If you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter. . THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
