2026 AI Procurement & Contracting Unconference - London

Four themes are flagged in advance - moving from transactional procurement to agile commercial frameworks; assessing AI tools against real user needs, legacy IT and data quality; writing contracts that allow experimentation while covering model updates, data security, vendor lock-in and exit; and building the capability to evaluate AI bids and govern supplier performance.
