A three-day build weekend run by Encode Club around two open briefs, The Real World and Agents That Ship, with partner bounties from Google DeepMind, MongoDB and Saint. Doors open at midday on Friday, hacking starts at 17:00, and judging wraps up by 16:30 on Sunday.
Workshops run through the weekend: Blessing Adesiji (Circle) on Arc, Robin Varghese and Maja Brlek from MongoDB, Anthony Beaumont from Saint, and a Google DeepMind session. Mentors are on site and teams pitch to a judging panel at the end. Tickets go through a ballot, with student and guaranteed-entry tiers. More judges are still to be announced.
Why go: Encode runs one of the few London hackathons where the sponsor engineers sit with teams rather than just handing out credits. Best for AI and crypto developers who want a working prototype and a shot at bounty money by Sunday.
