She Scales: Female Founders Connection and Co‑working

The December edition of She Scales, the NatWest Accelerator's monthly morning for female founders, at 2 St Philip's Place from 10:00.

It opens with coffee and informal introductions, then a focused session where founders share lived experience rather than frameworks, on mindset, confidence, leadership, resilience, scaling and funding. Optional co-working in the hub runs for the rest of the day, so you can stay and work after the session. The organisers welcome female founders, non-binary founders who feel aligned with women's spaces, and allies who want to contribute. It runs across every NatWest Accelerator hub, so the Birmingham room is part of a wider network. Free.
