She Scales

She Scales is the Royal Bank Accelerator's monthly morning for women founders, and this edition is a Global Entrepreneurship Week IAmRemarkable workshop on self-promotion, at the Accelerator, 142-144 Princes Street, Edinburgh.

Networking runs from 9:30, the Accelerator welcomes everyone at 10:30, and the workshop runs 10:45 to 12:15. Facilitator Eugenia Pascual Gil (Gold Tier IAmRemarkable facilitator, ex-Google and PepsiCo HR and recruitment) covers why visibility matters for your business, the limiting beliefs that keep people quiet about their wins, and leaves you with your own statements to reuse. Open to female founders, non-binary founders who feel at home in women's spaces, and allies.

Why go: a practical workshop with a clear takeaway, plus an hour of networking with Edinburgh's early-stage founders. Best for founders who undersell themselves in pitches and on LinkedIn.
