An independent Salesforce-ecosystem conference run by Salesforce Ben at Protein Studios in Shoreditch — deliberately not a Salesforce-run event, and pitched against the sales-led official ones. Registration 08:00, programme 09:00 to 18:00.

Full-day format: keynote plus breakouts, optional pre-registered workshops, customer case studies and structured networking through an event app, with around 500 attendees expected. Content is weighted to AI, data, integrations and platform strategy, with an admin track. Deb Ashton, Founder and SVP of Strategic Customer Experience at Certinia, is confirmed; the full agenda lands closer to the date.
