TEDxBerlin Salon: Leadership in the Age of AI

A TEDxBerlin Salon — the intimate, conversation-led format TEDxBerlin runs between its mainstage events — on how leadership changes as AI reshapes work, decision-making and collaboration. The evening looks at the skills leaders need under uncertainty, how trust gets built, and what stays distinctly human in an AI-driven workplace.

The programme pairs short talks with moderated conversation; announced speakers so far include Martin Gutmann, Isabel Hartung, Johan S Roos and Markham Heid, with more to follow. It is held in the evening at The Delta Campus, Donaustraße 44 in Neukölln; the exact start time is announced closer to the date. Tickets are required, with early-bird and student rates.

Why go: a rare Berlin room to argue about what leadership actually means once agents do more of the work. Best for founders, team leads and anyone managing through the shift.
