The fifth edition of the Real World Cryptography Paris meetup, this time at EPITA in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, in a bigger and better-suited room than the previous ones. Five talks are on the published programme, with catering and a long networking stretch either side.
The series exists to put working cryptographers, software engineers and academics in the same room, and the organisers are explicit that you do not need to be a cryptographer to get something from it. Nadim Kobeissi runs it; the full schedule is on cryptography.paris.
Entry is a suggested 10 EUR contribution, flexible from zero, and all of it goes to catering and the venue on top of sponsor funding. 194 places were still open at the time of writing.
Why go: five real cryptography talks in one evening is not something Paris offers often. For security engineers, protocol people and anyone shipping crypto they did not write themselves.
