Unicon 2026 — hosted at CODE

Two days at CODE University in Neukölln for developers, designers and founders working with AI, capped at 300 seats.

The format is deliberately not a lecture series: fireside chats and live pitching competitions on the main stage, parallel workshop rooms, and a 75-minute speed-dating round before the sessions start so the room knows who is in it. Julian Teicke opens with what building company after company actually teaches you, and what it does not. Friday ends with dinner and drinks; Saturday adds side events — an early run, a padel match, company visits to fast-growing Berlin startups — and an afterparty. The schedule is still being finalised, so sessions and speakers can move.

Why go: the networking is the programme here, not the filler around it, and 300 people is small enough that you meet most of them. Best for AI builders and early-stage founders who want the room more than the slides.
