Linux Christmas/Winter Party 2026 - Dublin Linux Community

Dublin Linux Community's year-end party, downstairs at The Black Sheep on Capel Street. Saturday 12 December, 6pm until late. Finger food, craft beer and a Linux-themed pub quiz starting around 7:30pm, in teams of four to six. Bring a team or join one on the night.

The group is run by volunteer hosts and the monthly pub meetups are open to anyone, from long-time kernel hackers to people who've never opened a terminal. Late arrivals are fine. Free to attend, drinks at the bar, no ticket needed beyond the Meetup RSVP.

Why go: the one social night in a quiet December for Dublin's open-source crowd. Best for sysadmins, developers and hobbyists who want to meet people without a talk to sit through.
