Ticket Limit There is a strict limit of eight (8) tickets per customer on this event.

Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Priority Check-In

The Pre-Show Acoustic Performance may take place prior to the Artist Performance.

First Entry / First Access means you have priority access into the Venue and auditorium and an opportunity to purchase merchandise before all other ticketholders, except VIP Acoustic Experience Reserved Seating package holders who will enter the venue at the same time. There is no sectioned-off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

Early Entry / Early Access means you have priority access into the Venue and auditorium and an opportunity to purchase merchandise before all general ticketholders, but after VIP Acoustic Experience ticketholders. There is no sectioned-off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

VIP Package Terms & Conditions

Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Generally, children 14 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP package) when participating in elements of the VIP package. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase. Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show. If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: [email protected].

Packages Subject to Change: All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Entry: Entry times to access the Venue for each Package will be staggered. VIP Acoustic Experience Package holders will enter the Venue first, followed by Early Entry Package holders. Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.

Commemorative Tour Laminates: Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.

Package Components (such as Merchandise): Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.

Merchandise Availability: Priority Access Merchandise Shopping provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law. When submitting your request please include:

Your name

The name of the event

The quantity and type of tickets requested

Your accessibility requirements so that we can determine the correct ticket type for you

A scan or photo of your Companion Card, if requesting a Companion Card complimentary ticket
