AMICI Presents: An Exclusive Evening with Chef Enrico Bartolini

Book a table for an unforgettable evening of Italian cuisine at AMICI by Enrico Bartolini this October. On Sunday, 4 October 2026, AMICI by Enrico Bartolini in Seminyak will welcome its visionary founder, Chef Enrico Bartolini, for a special one-night culinary collaboration with Chef Alessandro D’Amico. The evening will begin with an intimate canapé reception from 6:00–7:30 PM, followed by a five-course set dinner from 7:30 PM until late. Guests will enjoy a menu combining AMICI’s contemporary Italian style with Chef Bartolini’s signature culinary approach. A highlight of the evening will be Risotto Enrico Bartolini , his iconic beetroot “Acquerello” risotto with butter, Gorgonzola and walnut. The full menu will be revealed during the evening. With space limited to 100 guests, the experience offers an intimate celebration of Italian cuisine, fine wines and warm hospitality. Guests can choose between the five-course dinner or the complete experience with wine pairing. Vegetarian options are available with at least two weeks’ advance notice.
