Holiday Macarons Class in Toronto

The 2-hour Holiday Macaron Class is beginner-friendly and teaches guests how to bake and pipe Parisian macarons, master macaronage, understand meringue, and fill and decorate their macarons with a festive holiday theme. Guests will take home their handmade macarons, along with macaron and Swiss meringue buttercream recipes. All ingredients, equipment, and transport boxes are provided, and an optional apron is available at checkout. The class is gluten-free friendly but contains almond flour, making it unsuitable for guests with nut allergies. Children under 13 must attend with an enrolled parent or guardian and stay away from the hot sugar station for safety.
