Join us in Toronto for BREATHE & CREATE, an immersive afternoon of conscious breathwork and gemstone mala crafting designed to help you ground, reset, and reconnect.
Connect with the wisdom of the four elements (Earth, Air, Water, and Fire) as you step out of the city hustle and into a restorative space. We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey to quiet the mind and make room for clarity, joy, and peace. Carrying that inner stillness forward, you will hand-craft your own custom 27-bead gemstone mala infused with your personal intentions.
Select the stones that match what you want to cultivate in your life:
Amethyst for calm and clarity (Breathe),
Moss Agate for presence and balance (Ground),
Rose Quartz for love and compassion (Connect),
Amazonite for harmony and expression (Flow), or
Black Onyx for strength and stability (Center).
