Kind Regards Social Club: A Cozy Morning of Cards, Creativity & Connection

A free, drop-in community gathering at Book Bar where you can make cheerful cards for seniors, meet people, and spend a little time away from your screen. No art skills required. All supplies provided.

Come on your own or bring a friend and spend a little time making cheerful cards for seniors who may be feeling isolated. Write a few kind words, share something you're grateful for, doodle, collage or go wild with stickers. No art skills or writing experience required — all supplies, stationery and creative prompts are provided.

The cards will be delivered to seniors through Project Tight Knit, a Canadian nonprofit that helps create meaningful connections for people experiencing social isolation.

This isn't a workshop and it isn't a volunteer shift. It's a relaxed, screen-free social morning: grab a coffee or pastry, find a seat, make something, chat with the people around you and leave a little kindness behind.

Drop in anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Stay for ten minutes or stay for the whole morning.
