Cavachon Puppy Yoga in Vaughan

The Sunday scaries don't stand a chance against a room full of Cavachon puppies.

Welcome to Cavachon Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Vaughan. This is a one-hour class where beginner-friendly yoga and genuinely fluffy puppies share the same space, and the result is exactly as good as it sounds.

Cavachons are a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Bichon Frise, which means they inherited the soft, cloud-like coat of one parent and the gentle, people-loving temperament of both. They are small, curious, and almost aggressively charming.

Here's how the hour breaks down:

35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga

20 minutes of connection and cuddle time

5 minutes of sharing circle

Why people keep coming back

Vaughan puppy yoga does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. People show up expecting a fun afternoon and leave feeling genuinely lighter. That's the thing about puppies. They have no interest in your to-do list.

A note on Cavachon puppies

Cavachons are known for being exceptionally gentle and affectionate, which makes them a natural fit for a yoga setting. They tend to gravitate toward people, enjoy being held, and are curious without being overwhelming. Expect soft fur, warm weight, and a puppy who very much wants to be wherever you are.

Families and kids

This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.

Mats provided. No experience needed. Whether this is your first yoga class or your fiftieth, the puppies will make it work.
