One of your first outings with baby can begin here.

Created for the earliest weeks and months after birth, this is a gentle introduction to getting out, moving your body and finding your way into the studio with your baby.

There is no intense workout to keep up with. We’ll move through gentle stretching and mobility, with particular attention to the neck, shoulders, back and hips after long days and nights of feeding, holding and carrying.

And because life with a very new baby rarely follows a schedule, neither does this class.

Feed your baby. Change a diaper. Pick them up when they need you. Sit something out. Arrive exactly as you are. You’ll have time to settle in, become comfortable in the studio and see what coming to class with your baby can actually look like.

There will also be space to meet other women in the same early postpartum season. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you are welcome here.

A little movement. A little connection. A gentle first outing together.

✧ For the early postpartum weeks: This class is created for women in the first weeks and months after birth, with baby alongside you. No previous yoga or fitness experience is needed.

✧ Complimentary class: Advance registration is required. Space is limited.
