We all carry stories about ourselves, our relationships, our choices and our lives. Over time, some of these stories become so familiar that we stop noticing that they are stories at all.
In this private 90-minute inquiry, you are invited to bring one situation, thought or belief from your own life that you would like to look at more closely.
Together, we gently explore:
What is the story?
How did you come to see it this way?
What has this story come to mean about you?
And why might you still be living from it?
The inquiry unfolds through conversation, observation and contemplation. There is no prescribed answer, advice to follow, or promise of transformation.
It is simply a space to pause, look closer and understand yourself through the stories you carry.
This is not a workshop or group activity. Each booking is for one person and one private 90-minute inquiry.
