Baithak-E-Marham - Poetry Storytelling and Music

Some evenings are meant to be watched.
Some are meant to be felt.

This December, as winter settles over Delhi, Baithak-e-Marham comes to the historic Purana Qila for an intimate evening of stories, poetry, and music.

Tape A Tale`s flagship live showcase, Baithak-e-Marham, is more than a collection of performances. It is a journey through laughter, memories, longing, heartbreak, and the quiet comfort of being heard.

Featuring storytellers and poets Pria Sarin and Divya Chaudhary, accompanied by vocalist Rawnaq, the evening brings together nazms, kahaaniyaan, spoken word, and geet in a flowing, deeply personal experience.

Rooted in the spirit of the traditional baithak, this edition invites you to slow down, settle in, and feel. Against the timeless walls of Purana Qila and the gentle chill of a Delhi winter, come experience a mehfil that feels warm, familiar, and deeply human.

The previous edition brought strangers together and left them feeling a little less alone. This December, we continue that journey, with the same belief that sometimes, art can be marham.
Come sit with us. Listen deeply. Feel something. Leave a little lighter.
