Vivaan expected Debate Club to be like everything else he tried - he`d struggle, lose interest and eventually quit. But the enthusiastic Debate Club Vice Captain Ananya refuses to let him, and for the first time, Vivaan finds himself flourishing at something he enjoys... and having a close friend. But when Ananya leaves school, he feels abandoned, and clings onto all he has left: Arguing and winning.
Narrated in debate form by the Club (and a very uninterested Moderator), Arguing with Ananya is a play about finding your voice, meeting kindred spirits, and discovering what it truly means to be a friend.
Content Guidance: Coming-of-age, mild language, aggressive competition, parental marital discord and separation.
